The Landlord of the proposed subleased area is the University of Florida, with space listed for commercial retail or office use.
SPACE DETAILS & LOCATION
The Premises is Suite G-1, is approximately 1,467 SF± contiguous square feet, and located in the University of Florida Reitz Union on Main Campus. The location of the premises is within the heart of the Reitz Student Union Building, with access to significant foot traffic exposure, proximity to other popular business’s such as Subway, Baba’s Pizza, The Halal Shack, Fat G’s, Taste of Gainesville, Mia Apa, The Market, Sonic, Starbucks, Panda Express, among others.
