The Office of Real Estate team has decades of experience working on every type of real estate transaction. If you need assistance in any of the following areas, we’re here to help. We’ll educate, inform, and guide you through each step of the real estate transaction process and assist you in making the right decision.

We handle real estate leases, purchases, dispositions, development, valuations, easements, negotiations, and closings for a variety of property types, including general and medical office, research / lab, data center, land, residential, and warehouse / storage  facilities.

Mini/Self Storage contracts are to be reviewed and signed by Procurement. Please use myUF Marketplace to submit the contracts for review. If paying by PCard, use the Agreement Intake Form. If paying by purchase order, please create a requisition.
